Effective date: June 28, 2026. General terms governing design and development projects with our studio.
By hiring Sora Design for design or development services, you agree to our structural project agreements. Projects initiate upon receipt of the deposit specified in the initial contract. Timelines and deliverables are defined per proposal scope.
We work under fixed-price project structures or custom retainers. All invoices must be cleared within 14 business days of generation. Delays in invoice settlements can result in temporary halts to creative timelines or code handovers.
The **Starter** package includes 1 round of core revisions. The **Signature** package includes unlimited revisions until initial page concept approvals are completed. Any additions, updates, or edits requested outside the contract's scope parameters will be evaluated and billed at our standard hourly design/engineering rate.
Upon receipt of full project payment, all visual assets, brand logos, custom Figma systems, layout directories, and code repositories transfer entirely to the client. Sora Design retains the right to display design clips and case studies in our portfolios and showreels for agency marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Either party may terminate the project engagement upon 14 days' written notice if structural contractual obligations are breached. Payments for work completed up to the date of termination will remain due in full.
